3. Orders & payment

Payments are processed via our partner Polar. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are shared at checkout based on your pincode and are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns & refunds

Governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on viora.in — brand name, logo, product designs, copy, imagery — is the property of Viora Fragrances Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian and international IP law. You may not reproduce it without written consent.

7. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use automated scraping tools.

8. Limitation of liability

Viora's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
