Viora Fragrances Pvt. Ltd. ("Viora", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Information we collect

• Account & order data: name, email, phone, shipping address, pincode.
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment partner Polar; we do not store card numbers or UPI credentials.
• AI Fragrance Finder responses: the answers you tap so we can personalize recommendations.
• Usage data: browser type, device, pages viewed, and interaction patterns for analytics.

2. How we use your data

• Process and deliver orders, and handle returns or refunds.
• Personalize fragrance recommendations through our AI engine.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
• Send marketing communications, only if you have opted in.
• Detect fraud and protect account security.

3. Data storage & processors

Your data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers, primarily Supabase (managed Postgres and authentication) and processed for payments by Polar. Both are contractually bound to protect your data and comply with applicable data-protection laws.

4. Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share limited information only with:

• Logistics partners for delivery.
• Payment processors to complete transactions.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities when legally compelled.

5. Your rights

Under Indian law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to privacy@viora.in and we will respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies for cart and login sessions, and optional analytics cookies you can disable in your browser settings.
